Create the soup to taste. Use gelatin to make its texture jelly-like in room temperature. Make the meatballs dense enough not to leak the liquid that will be inside. Make the meatball with a portion of the jelly-like soup inside, roll in bread crumbs, and bake until done. You can use multiple flavors of soup so that each meatball has a different one inside.
