Pay by Number of Pages Read

Why?

You receive value from consumption of the book.

How?

Have a mechanism for ebooks where you pay a much smaller fee when buying the book (maybe $3 of the total price of $10 for the book), then only micro-pay for pages you actually read in that book up to the whole price of the book.

Bridge the Gap Between Learning From the $30 Book to the $5000 Done for You Service

Why?

You can learn how to do something by reading a good book about it or watching videos explaining the subject. This is cheap but relies on you spending the time to learn the subject. You can also have a video course teaching you. This is usually a little more expensive. Both of these options tely on you consuming the materials, understanding them and acting on the new knowledge – something most people never really do. The best option is to have someone personally do for you the thing you need accomplishing. That is usually very expensive. Can there be a cheap way to learn better and have a better chance of actually accomplishing your goal?

How?

The solution might be cheap one on one teachers that you can have one-on-one lessons with online. These are people who deeply understand the material and are willing to teach it for a reasonable fee. This live teaching will result in much better understanding because it’s personal and interactive, but without the high cost you would need to pay the authority on the subject for something similar.

What Would the Future Be Like?

Why?

See if and how well you can predict the future.

How?

A website where people can write their view on how the future will be and in what time frame. It’s like a public reversed time capsule. Each user will get an alert from time to time (they can decide the frequency, but maximum once a year) to check their prediction and add to it their new thoughts. Others can comment on their prediction and discuss it, and anyone can share them.

Why?

For the artists, it’s a chance to get financial support from art patrons. For the art patrons, it’s a place to find and nurture the next great artists (and get their artworks cheaper.)

How?

An online community for artists and patrons. Both artists and patrons are actively sought to apply, but the people themselves can also initiate applications. The main function is to pair artists with one or more patrons. The patrons supply monthly financial support, in exchange for works produced.
