Past, Present and Future Long Term Map

Why?

When you are at a certain point in you life when you already have a past and still have a future.

How?

A worksheet, notebook or an app. The main point is that the scale is years, for instance: last 5 years, this year, next 5 years. You fill the past at a year level with everything that was important to you from the past. Everything you think is important for you this year. Where you want to be (health, finance, family, education – anything you think is important to you) and what you want to do in future years.

Buyer and Seller Intermediary Service

Why?

To accelerate buyers and seller finding each other and the right deal.

How?

Both buyer and seller when going online and advertising or searching a product (their flat, car etc.) will specify not just one price, but 3 prices. The advertised price, the lowest price they might accept, and a price between these two representing what they really would consider an immediate deal price. The system (machine or human) will try and match buyer and seller based on these 3 parameters.

Win a Meeting With Your Hero and Help His Favorite Charity Even if Your Not Rich

Why?

From time to time, there is an auction for a meeting or talk with a pubic figure. The problem with this auction model is, that only people with money can contribute and only they can win the auction.

How?

Instead of one person donating a large sum, have people donate smaller amounts (or larger ones if they want), and instead of an auction, have a raffle and a winner. Each person donating has the same chance, and you get all of the donations for the charity.
