Art Patrons Club

Why?

For the artists, it’s a chance to get financial support from art patrons. For the art patrons, it’s a place to find and nurture the next great artists (and get their artworks cheaper.)

How?

An online community for artists and patrons. Both artists and patrons are actively sought to apply, but the people themselves can also initiate applications. The main function is to pair artists with one or more patrons. The patrons supply monthly financial support, in exchange for works produced.

Pre-Paid Donation Based Content

Why?

A different way to monetize your content.

How?

A free content website where you can pay as you like for the content you like to pay for. To make micropayments, you pre-purchase site credits for fixed amounts ($1 for 100 credits, $5 for 600 credits, etc.), and you can spend these on articles you enjoyed by simply filling in the right amount on the content page. Each content page also shows how many credits it has earned from visitors.

A Different Approach to Opt in Pop Ups

Why?

To get the visitor’s attention without irritating them.

How?

Have a small sprite animate across the screen, lodge itself to one end of the screen and follow the visitor when they scroll up and down. This can be triggered by time or exit intent just like a normal pop-up. It doesn’t have to be big, a small one might be better, and it should have an interesting image or symbol on it to make the visitor want to click it. Only when the visitor clicks it the opt-in pop-up appears.
