Hire an Apprentice
Why?
Get someone to do all the tedious stuff in your life so you can have more time for your important work, and give them insight and access to the “secrets and knowledge” of makes you a success.
How?
Advertise for a free or very low paying apprentice position with you. You need to be able to give them true knowledge they are interested in, and it’s probably better if they are young (late teens to early twenties.) They need to be hard workers, and intensely interested in the areas you are knowledgeable in. Publish (an ad) with a list of reasons why they should not apply (no or low pay, hard demanding work, etc.), and also why they may want to apply (unparalleled access to you and your knowledge.) You need to discourage all but the right people from applying for the right reasons.

Why?
Instead of having one virtual assistant that needs to know how to do many things for you but might not know any of them well, have multiple specialized ones.
How?
A service that offers specialized assistants in many areas, like doing online research, dealing with invoices, updating blogs, calling clients, etc. Each specialized assistant is the top at what they do, so training them to execute on your specific needs is easier and faster. You can have a fixed specialized assistant in many of these areas and use them when you need to, regularly or from time to time.

The world today is full of do-it-yourself services. From putting up an ad to rent your flat, publishing your blog, to advertising on Google. Most of these are not very intuitive, and some have a high learning curve.
How?
A marketplace or service of assistants that specialize in specific platforms and can help you do what is needed. Since they are specialists, they already know everything about the particular platform or service you need to use (register, advertise, etc.) So not only will you have a quick and easy way to do what would have been long and frustrating, but you will also learn how to do it, as they do it with you.

Hand Filtered and Edited Daily Alerts
Why?
Alerts are an excellent tool to keep yourself informed on your market, and there are a few good services already, some even free like Google alerts. They are, however, inaccurate at best, and time-consuming at worst.
How?
Have your automatic alerts be curated by a personal assistance service. You have a session with your account assistant where you explain exactly what you are looking for in those alerts, and what should bot reach you. From that point on all your alerts will be filtered and edited by your assistant(s). You will get a daily (or even hourly) digest of all the alerts you need. You can even ask for them to synopsize long articles to help you get to the meat of things.

Garden Planing Inteligent Assistant
Why?
You have a small beginning of a garden in your backyard or balcony. You would like to have some advice quickly and easily on how to develop it next.
How?
A smartphone app. You take a photo within the app of your existing garden. The app will identify all the current plants (with your assistance if needed), and will show you in augmented reality a few options of what it can look like with some development. Yu decide which plan is more to your liking and get a list of what to buy, plant, where, and how to take care of it.
