Today, most children already want to have an email account (or other messaging systems) before the providers allow them to (before they turn 13.) A method that allows them to start doing so at younger ages and also teaches them best practices might help.
The current system could be augmented with an option for younger kids, where every message first goes through their parent or guardian. At a younger age, the filtering by a parent would probably be less of a problem than when they are teenagers, especially if the service provider mandates it for younger ages. The parent could then see how the child is using the messaging system, block a message if it’s a problematic one, or let it be delivered if it’s ok. Then talk to the child to explain what was wrong with it, so they can learn how to use the system well and what to beware of.
Private and small swimming pools are unattended many times, and that can be dangerous especially for little children.
When sensors indicate that the pool has not been used for a while, a net is automatically stretched across it so that anyone who might trip into it will be suspended unharmed above the water.
Many would like they child to grow up and be something specific like a scientist or an entrepreneur. How should you go about helping them become that?
A book (or a series of books) giving an outline, details and the theory and practice, of how to help your child grow up to be …
As your children start making things like drawings, etc., you accumulate a growing number of their works of art. If you are like me, you try to keep it organized in one place but after a while, it starts to be chaotic and haphazard.
A studio where you can send on a weekly (or ad hoc) schedule your child’s works you would like to keep. Artists at the studio will build a collection of these, keep them safe and organized. They will also create a unique journal of these, edit it to look beautiful, update it regularly, and create an online version so you can see the progress. Any time they think a journal is ready to be finished and to start a new one, they will consult with you and create a new one. You can, of course, get the original anytime, or a professionally printed facsimile.
It’s noisy on the beach, and you want to call your kids back (you want to go home, or they have gone too far in the water, etc.)
Have a wristband that strongly vibrates when you “call it” using a phone app or a dedicated transmitter “button.”
