Record short videos with you smartphone every time something come into your mind regarding the upcoming cleaning. You’re at your study and would like him not to disturb your desk when next he cleans, so simply record a short video of your desk and while recording explain this in your voice. This way you’ll have a few very short videos with the context (the specific space in the house) and instructions for that space. When they come to clean just show them the videos and even send it to their own smartphone.
