Track Speeding Cars With Cams to Determine Intent

Why?

Sometimes you go over the speed limit for a short time, when overtaking another car for instance. It would be beneficial and just not to get a speeding ticket when this happens.

How?

Use multiple traffic cams that measure multiple speeds over a certain length of the road, instead of only one. This would enable the discovery of true speeders as opposed to an occasional over the limit occurrence.

Know Their Exact Intent When They Visit Your Web Page

Why?

To better match what you are “selling” with what they are “buying.”

How?

If they stay on the page for a while (enough to indicate some interest), have a question pop up asking them what their intent is. For instance: “Hi. Let me help you find what you want quickly and easily. Please click on the one most relevant to you: 1. I want to buy this now. 2. I am not planning on buying right now but am looking for more information. 3. Other _________.”
Use the input to tailor your immediate response to fulfill their desire (and yours), and collect all answers for later analysis.

A Possible Solution to the Ad Clutter Problem While Increasing Ad Effectiveness at the Same Time

Why?

Many users seem to be fed up with the large amount of ads they get on many online publication sites (news, blogs, etc.)
A new way is needed that is better for everybody, the publisher, the advertiser, and the reader.

How?

Do not display any ads on the page anywhere. Only show one ad at a certain point, based on time, intent, behavior, etc. This will get rid of the clutter of ads, will be much more targeted (behavior, etc.) and will be more effective because to continue the reader has to interact with the ad (if only to dismiss it.) This can be repeated based again on behavior with a new ad and so on.
Fewer ads, higher price per ad impression, higher conversions (because of the precise targeting and required interaction.)
