How Do Kids See These Famous People

Why?

We all saw, heard, read about leaders in our times. Most have many facets to their personality that we perceive in a certain way as adults. How do kids see people like Steve Jobs?

How?

Devise an experiment where we expose kids to different facets of these leaders, and then ask them in detail what they though.

Teach Your Kids to Be Entrepreneurs

Why?

If you think it’s important and your kids also seem to have an affinity to the subject, how would you go about it?

How?

Have a site where all the important concepts, models, areas of interest and expertise, are explained in simple terms specifically for kids. Programs that take them from the basics to creating their own plans and executing on them give them tools to measure, evaluate and evolve.

Make Sure Your Kids Are Watching the Right Movies

Why?

An easy way to decide what they can watch even when you’re not home with them.

How?

An app on your smartphone, laptop etc. that is connected to the service providing the movies to watch (Netflix, Amazon, Cable.) When your kids want to watch a certain movie, you’ll get an alert from the app with the request. You will see what movie they want, all the relevant data like plot, parental guidance, and price if it’s pay on demand etc. You can then decide to allow it or not with a simple push of a button.

Help Your Kids Self-Regulate How Much TV They Watch

Why?

A few benefits come to mind:
1. They will watch less TV.
2. You’ll have fewer arguments and fights with them.
3. They’ll learn to self-regulate.

How?

Have a system – a piece of paper will do, but an app on all your phones is also a good idea – where you write down what is your point of view on what and how much weekly TV is ok. They will use this to record each and every time they watch TV how long and what did they watch. Every time they’ll see what’s your accepted “allowance” is. Each week you’ll sit together and review last week’s results.
