Private Waiting Rooms at the Doctor’s Office

Why?

Make you customers feel like VIPs.

How?

Instead of a common waiting room for all patients waiting, lead each one into a private waiting room. You can have a TV there, serve them coffee, water, etc., have new magazines, and also show them a constant update on what is the foreseeable waiting time.

Pre-Paid VIP Retail Service

Why?

For the merchant, it’s income you can count on (and on the customer coming back.) For the regular buyer, it’s a better deal both financially and as a convenience.

How?

Offer your frequent regular clients to pre-pay a certain monthly amount (based on their past records) in exchange for better deals and special VIP service (for instance they can phone in or send an email with their requests and a personal shopper will handpick and prepare them for shipping or pick up.)

Silent VIP Membership

Why?

You would like your VIP treatment the way you like it when going shopping.

How?

A system that senses when a VIP card carrying member enters your store. Immediately a rep is alerted not only to this fact, but they also see their picture, their past purchases, and most importantly, their treatment preferences (approach and “tail” them, stay away until they call for you but be alert, etc.) gleaned from speaking to them and observing them in the past.
