Young adults have a different way of looking at things than older generations. A teenager prodigy thinks differently than an older one.
How?
Create a think tank that has young adults as most of its members. Any member that is older is mainly (but not exclusively) there for management and giving a different perspective.

Why?
If you think it’s important and your kids also seem to have an affinity to the subject, how would you go about it?
How?
Have a site where all the important concepts, models, areas of interest and expertise, are explained in simple terms specifically for kids. Programs that take them from the basics to creating their own plans and executing on them give them tools to measure, evaluate and evolve.
