Why?

You ordered a glass of wine but don’t remember what the sommelier said about it.

How?

Have printed paper discs, each one with a short – but useful- description of a wine being served. Each disc has a hole in the middle and is slit open in one place (from center to edge), so it can be slid onto the stem of the glass and rest on the base of the glass.
