How?

A service that de-commoditizes products. Working with the seller of the product, they will create a new one from it that will now be a commodity and will enable the seller to command higher prices and profit margins.

How to Make the Switch in Your Mind That Can Enable You to Get Your Goals

Why?

Most people are motivated to achieve a particular goal they want. It can be losing weight, getting up early, learning a new skill, or even getting into a habit that they know is good for them but makes them uncomfortable. The problem is most don’t succeed, and I think it’s because they never make the switch in their mind – they never decide “this is me from mow on – I will …”

How?

A study and development of a method(s) to help people make the switch. In my experience from experiments I did myself and from observing others, until someone does not make the switch – by themselves and in their own mind – these changes they want to achieve, the goals they want to reach, mostly do not materialize.

Why?

Ideas make the world what it is. They can be part of a new philosophy that might change the world in a couple of decades, a new way of doing things that can have an immediate effect on the world, a creative solution to an old problem, a new work of art, etc. Anyone today can learn how to implement these new ideas, play the new piece of music, use the new tool or technique, etc., but what about how to create new ideas?

How?

A book documenting and teaching all the current theories and methodologies for creating ideas. The reader can use the book to understand and try finding a technique that works for him. The book will help the creation of ideas become something anyone can learn.

Mental Daily Checklist

Why?

To make sure your values and goals are always on your mind.

How?

Checklists are great for making sure. Usually, these are physical things you need to get or do, and many times they are a one-off tool. But you can use them to make a daily mental checklist of what is important to you: goals you want to achieve, habits you want to change, drop or create, values you need to remind yourself of, etc. If you have such a list, you can simply check off items daily making sure they are consciously on your mind.

Why?

You would never know unless you learn from others’ experiences.

How?

A website where anyone can share a habit they have, how they started it and why, and what were the surprising results. For instance: after drinking coffee for one week without any sugar, it tastes better and having it now with sugar is just not as good.
