Buyer and Seller Intermediary Service
Why?
To accelerate buyers and seller finding each other and the right deal.
How?
Both buyer and seller when going online and advertising or searching a product (their flat, car etc.) will specify not just one price, but 3 prices. The advertised price, the lowest price they might accept, and a price between these two representing what they really would consider an immediate deal price. The system (machine or human) will try and match buyer and seller based on these 3 parameters.

You want to have a publication for you business, a niche you want to enter, a subject that is close to you etc. you don’t have the time, knowledge, writing and design skills to produce constant quality content.
How?
Stock posts. A place that is modeled after the stock photo marketplaces. You can rent a post you find an like for a small fee, buy it out exclusively for a higher fee, or request one be created just for you.

For many things you want and need nowadays, you might ask yourself this question. New MacBook, TV or Camera? I don’t have to buy now so should I wait?
How?
Have an “oracle” that would ask you some questions like “what’s the time frame you can wait?”. Then crunch all the info gathered online and from other sources and give you a recommendation whether to buy now or wait.
