Survey Kiosks That Change Every Day

Why?

Get a constant stream of people who answer surveys.

How?

Place these kiosks where a lot of people come through. Make it a game. Some game elements can be:
– Have the surveys done in a delightful and different way each time.
– People who play and give an identification (email or phone number) get to be on a leaderboard of most surveys done, within a period of time, most questions answered etc.
– Allow participants to view on the spot or get the results by email.

How to Make Sure You Have Only Customers on Your Communication List

Why?

The best list to have is of paying customers. This will make sure you have only customers on your main list.

How?

  1. Find popular keywords people are looking for to solve a problem – either in your area of interest or an area you would like to enter.
  2. Research the subject thoroughly.
  3. Write a one page paper on the subject giving all the main points – anyone who reads this should save hours or days of work and still get all the good stuff.
  4. Sell to the same audience using these keywords online – for a low price.
Some of these steps (or all of them) can be outsourced.
The first one is the key – you have to start with what they are looking for (a solution for a problem) and give them an irresistible deal: the easy, short and very cheap way to know all they need about their problem. This is not necessarily the actual solution to their problem, but it’s the map to find the right one for them.

Public Voting in Museums

Why?

Let the visitors express their viewpoint.

How?

Have a simple mechanism for visitors to vote for the art they like or dislike. It can be as simple as a button on the wall beside the art, or even a smartphone app.

Put the Customer in the Advertisement

Why?

It’s getting harder to get the attention of potential or existing customer with our ads.

How?

When communicating with them through advertising using personal channels like email, instead of just showing them how others are benefiting their life with our product, put them inside the ad. If Coca-Cola is now showing young people in their ad’s image it would be good if we could insert a photo of the customer into the ad showing him how his life is good with Coke.
