Combine Online Low Priced Sale and Offline High Priced Sale

Why?

The best time to sell more is when your client just bought something from you.

How?

After completing a low price purchase (that just qualifies them as a buyer), don’t leave the high priced item to an online upsell option. Instead call them immediately, ask them a few qualifying questions and do a whole upsell process (that you can control much better) over the phone (compared to an online simple buy option.)

One Time Phone Numbers

Why?

You don’t want some people to disturb you regularly. If you are doing this right, then people around you know that and know you might not pick up if they call without an appointment. But what if it’s an emergency?

How?

Have one time numbers you can give out to people. Each gets a number they can call in a case of emergency. After you pick up (you can identify these numbers by their unique area code) and finish the call, that number no longer works. If that person needs a new one, they can ask for it.

Store Alert on Specific Items

Why?

You would like to buy a currently unavailable item from the store.

How?

Get an alert when it’s in stock or going to be in store. Just send a message to the store’s special number or email address, and you will get notified.

Sell Online Using the Phone

Why?

Selling on the phone is more effective, so why not combine it with online technology (especially for higher ticket items)?

How?

A website with the technology that enables the sales person to help the buyer by controlling what is happening on the web page the buyer is on now (on the seller’s web site.) The sale will either start with a phone call to the buyer by the sales person, or a request by the buyer while on the web page. The sales rep will then continue in parallel on the phone and collaboratively on the web page, controlling and guiding the buyer in both mediums (if he is any good), enabled by the web site technology that allows him to change things on the fly on the web page the buyer is seeing (and only that page – anyone else browsing that oage sees the standard version.)

Message the Irritating Driver Behind You

Why?

You know the situation: you have an irritating driver behind you, and you would like to let them know how you feel 😉

How?

Have a string of LEDs connected to a motor and a controller, stuck of your back window (maybe with a suction cup), that you can activate from your phone by pushing one button (of a few you prepared in advance) with the right message. The motor will spin up quickly and show the message for a short while.
