It’s a different ball game when your email list is only real buyers – no “subscribers” you need then to convert to buyers. You can invest more time and money in such a list and get a much better return.
Instead of building a whole mechanism to attract people by creating and promoting content, use existing content that ranks well on the SERPs and advertise directly on (or in) that content.
Why not make the process more personalized and deliver a better message to each type of audience.
Instead of having one video sales letter playing for everyone visiting the web page, have forking points that help qualify the type of visitor watching. Split the video into smaller segments with an option at each section of how to continue. The option is referred to at the end of each video segment, and the viewer needs to click on his choice to continue. For instance, if you break the video into three parts, and each forking point has two options, you need to have one video for the first segment, two more videos for the second segments that depend on the viewer’s choice, and four videos for the third segments, again depending on their choices. This is the maximum number of videos in such a situation, but there can be less if, for instance, the points discussed in some of the third segment versions are the same for many of the viewers regardless of their choice.
For the customer, it’s a fun way to get better service, deals, and other benefits. For the retailer, it’s a wealth of new information they can use in their sales funnels.
An augmented reality app. The customer points it at different items in the store and immediately gets extra information about it: reviews of other shoppers, how many “loyalty points” will he get for buying it, is there a special deal on it only for loyal customers (or only for him based on his profile), what are similar items that he might be interested in, etc. This is very similar to shopping online in that the customer is constantly giving the retailer feedback by every action they take, every item the seem interested in. It brings the benefits of online shopping to both the customer and retailer.

Borrow the downline concept from MLM and offer all you members a way to make money by referring new members. Give them the tools to manage their downline.
If people know they need to judge something they compare it to past knowledge and experience instead of simply experiencing it.
Instead of inviting people to participate in a focus group, make them believe they are just lucky enough to try the product first. Then watch their reactions to the product, how they use it or consume it.
